We want you to be completely satisfied with your Colour Mill products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused food coloring and supplies. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on any edible products that have been opened or have a broken seal.

Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive an authorized Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items with the RMA clearly marked on the outside and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping service.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
